Apartment was brand-new, the beds were extremely comfy. The hotel was in a good location, near a metro station...

everything is perfect here, had an enjoyable stay for a good holidays. it is in reasonable location to old town, set only a short distance to the hotel. moreover, it is close to a handy shopping center, and the local train station.

So convenient and spacious, such a lovely apartment experience.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, helped with any issues. Good service was provided.

Inconsistent WiFi connectivity impacted my ability to work!!! Infrequent room cleaning, and the outdated decor really detracted from the overall appeal!!! Room sizes were quite cramped, particularly for a family!!!

The hotel is new, the design was nice. Our room was big enough, the bath too. Only the table was small for 4. The pool on the roof terrace is small but it is also very nice situated.

From the staff only one person spoke english ok, all other couldn't explain the easiest things. The garage is absolutely not useable for “bigger” cars like Audi A6. There were some other quests with the same problem. Parking on the street is very problematic, no place and often to charge.

We enjoyed our stay at Hipark very much. The location was excellent. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. It was good to have a fridge, microwave etc in room. Balcony was fine. Staff were helpful. I don't know why the rates were so cheap in comparison with the other hotels we looked at. If we went back to Nice we would happily stay here again. We thought there must be a catch but the reviews and rating are genuine. It's just a perfectly good hotel ( nearer 4 star than 3 in my opinion) at a fantastic price.

The price of breakfast is 15 Euro's so we walked across the road and got breakfast for two for about 10 Euro.

Surprised in the best way!

I was delighted by the early room readiness and the thoughtful luggage storage service. The kitchenette made self-catering effortless. The refreshing rooftop pool and gym facilities were excellent, though I missed using them. The friendly staff always went the extra mile, perfect for exploring local attractions.

Recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks a lot everyone for a very nice stay for a good holidays. The room was compact, modern and had Wi-Fi, a telly and a lounge area. I loved the breakfast time in the lounge area. The location itself was particularly good and fantastic, near Carrefour.

The apartment had great amenities, like a mini fridge and dishwasher. We loved being close to the city center and the shopping mall nearby. A quick walk got us to Garibaldi Square for some lovely restaurants and also the park, perfect for chilling out after exploring.

I did have some trouble with the bathroom layout. The only access to the bathroom was through the bedroom, a bit awkward when we had friends staying over.

The adagio has a great location next to a large shopping centre. The staff was really helpful. We loved relaxing by the seasonal rooftop pool .

We booked an apartment for three nights and we weren't disappointed! We wanted to explore Nice yet didn't want to spend an 'arm and a leg' to enjoy what this city had to offer. The excellent cooking facilities within the apartment allowed us to prepare/cook breakfast,lunch & dinner as suited enabling us to spend our 'holiday money' on what opportunities crossed our path. We rented a 'studio' apartment and whilst we had reservations that our sleeping abode would be a sofa bed, we left wanting to find out the manufacturer as the bed, and sofa, was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The apartment was incredibly clean and the staff were very obliging to help in any way they could.

We were asked to pay in advance and were issued with an invoice, not a payment receipt. However, at the end of our stay, no further payment was required and the amount we payed at the beginning was honoured. We only note this as we have only experienced paying at the end of our stay in other establishments and wish to notify future guests in the case that they wish to pay in cash (as we did) to allow enough time/preparation to acquire the necessary funds and peace of mind that their payment will be credited and validated.
